We’re delighted to be nominated in the CDA 2016 category for School, Education & Charity for the Headstart Day Nursery website.
We have been working with Magic Nurseries, a chain of independent nurseries across the country, for several years. The client first approached us having bought 9 nursery schools which required re-branding and new websites for each school. The revamped websites attracted so much new business that another 7 nurseries were purchased and we have recently completed websites for these.
We worked closely with our local associates who have all been instrumental in making this project such a success: project management and marketing by Cambridge Marketing Consultancy, logo designs by Croft Design , videos by BM Videomedia, and photography by Peter Corr.
Each school website uses the same design and layout so there is complete uniformity across the schools, but these are customised for each setting with photographs and videos. The schools all have access to their website via a content management system so they can keep the site fresh and up to date, particularly their news and calendar of events.
Parents are now able to view the schools virtually before visiting them and get to know the nursery, so their visit is often just to confirm their decision to enrol their child. Many comment on the fresh and lively feel to the sites, how welcoming and informative they are and the fact that they provide a very good indication of the quality of service offered by the nursery school.
The websites rank very highly in their geographical area and have increased occupancy in all the schools quite dramatically with some now oversubscribed.
