A logo for a writer

There comes a point in every business where you need to step up your game and ‘go pro’. Louise Harman has reached this point, and came to us for a logo design to put the cherry on top of her new site.
A creative copywriter and content editor by trade, Louise wanted a logo that reflects her profession with a personal touch. She asked for a quill to be incorporated into the logo, and to use a handwriting style font – the original brief asked for simply the initials LH to be used, however when designing the preliminary proofs we came up with one we loved using her full name. This ended up being the client’s favourite too! In a creative industry, we mustn’t forget to use a little creative license now and again – it can pay off to stray off slightly.
With the only a couple of minor edits to the original, we were good to go.
