"I met with Jane following a chat on the phone and loved the creative style of her office. I knew straight away she would have interesting ideas for me. More importantly though, I had specific ideas of my own, and she listened to my criteria whilst making wise suggestions, too. As I am a technophobe, she was in touch constantly, guiding me and encouraging me, and assisting where possible if I wasn't able to find something she required for the website. I am very happy with the end result, and have the freedom to change my website as I go along. What's more, I have been given all the relevant documents for changing the website myself as I go along, should I need to."
